• When you request an appointment: your name, phone number, the services, date and time you choose, and, if you add them, your email address and a note for your stylist.
• Whether you agreed to receive optional promotional messages. This is a separate choice and is never required to book.
• If you use the AI assistant: the messages you write in the chat.

Why we use it

• To manage your appointment: confirm, change or cancel it, and contact you about it.
• To keep a simple history of your visits so the salon can look after you.
• Promotional messages are sent only if you agreed to them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who can see it

• The salon's own team. Your details are not sold or shared for advertising.
• Your private appointment link lets only you view, change or cancel your booking.
• AI assistant messages are processed by OpenAI to write the replies. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.

Your choices

• You can ask the salon to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and to stop promotional messages.
• The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. On your own device it keeps only what it needs to work: a security cookie, the link to your upcoming appointment, and the name and phone you entered so you don't have to type them again.
